Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Designer to create
user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly
journeys based on real user needs
Create accessible content in plain English for digital products and
services
Advocate for content design and educate others on the role of UX
writing in product development
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience as a UX writer or content designer
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create usable and
accessible content
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team throughout the
design process
Familiarity with financial services, including pensions and
investments
Experience using design and project management tools like Figma,
Miro, and Jira
