Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Analytics Lead to drive
data-driven decision-making and coordinate analytic initiatives in
the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to report standardized assessment and quality measure
data
Provide analytic oversight and quality assurance across Federal
Agency reporting programs
Coordinate analytic initiatives and engage with clinical experts
for analysis design and interpretation
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a quantitative field; PhD preferred
6+ years of experience in healthcare analytics supporting Public
Health agencies
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and programming skills with SAS
and AWS Cloud
Experience in conducting quality reviews of code and leading remote
teams
10+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role is
preferred
