A company is looking for a Delivery Manager in Managed
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement contact center solutions, including workforce
management systems
Oversee inbound and outbound call center operations with a focus on
telephony systems
Outline project plans, assumptions, and risks associated with
contact center platform implementations
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of telephony systems, including IVR, call
recording, and dialer technologies
Experience with contact center platforms and tools, preferably
Genesys or Nice
Experience in managing both inbound and outbound call center
operations
Relevant experience in IT Services and IT Consulting
Full-time availability for the position
